Accountant – Finance (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

The Finance Accountant will support multiple departments across the United States, Mexico, and Brazil by reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and ensuring accurate period‑close processes. This role requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries for assigned accounts in line with GAAP and company policies.
• Support the period‑close process, including complex close procedures and AssureNET reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal customers and cross‑functional areas to resolve account matters and provide reconciliation support.
• Assist internal and external audits and maintain SOX‑required controls.
• Identify and suggest process‑improvement opportunities for assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in general ledger, balance‑sheet reconciliation, and journal entry preparation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, data‑management, and communication skills.
