Accountant – Finance Reconciliation (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our Finance division. You will reconcile multiple accounts, prepare journal entries for various internal departments, and support period‑close activities across the US, Mexico, and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries in line with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage AssureNET and Data‑Sync reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX controls.
• Provide customer and client support for reconciliation matters and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and suggest process‑improvement opportunities for assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, general ledger and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, data‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems.
