Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for executing accurate and timely tenant AR transactions, maintaining supporting documentation, and communicating with property management teams to keep accounts current. This role works under direct supervision and plays a key part in the cash flow and financial reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review bank details, enter and post cash receipts.
• Interact with Property Management teams to ensure cash posting is complete and accurate.
• Process manual tenant charge/credit adjustments and rental edits.
• Perform cash reconciliations, generate monthly tenant statements, and run aging reports.
• Research tenant charges, payment applications, and resolve discrepancies.
• Post deposits, review aging reports, and email property managers for credit applications.
• Process AR forms such as manual billing, security deposit refunds, tenant terminations, OPEX changes, and write‑offs.
• Schedule statements in MRI and perform AR reconciliations against bank activity.
• Maintain organized property folders and utilize daily tracking tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related finance function.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with MRI property management software.
• Familiarity with Yardi, SAP, or Oracle financial systems.
