Aesthetic Doctor – Teleconsultation for International Patients

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor or Plastic Surgeon to serve as the primary clinical advisor for CureMeAbroad’s international patients. In this fully remote position you will conduct virtual consultations, evaluate candidates for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, and guide patients through every step of their aesthetic journey, from initial assessment to post‑procedure follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct teleconsultations with patients from the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and other regions.
• Review medical histories, photographs, diagnostic reports and case files before each consultation.
• Assess suitability for surgical and non‑surgical aesthetic treatments and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Explain expected outcomes, risks, recovery timelines and realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with international surgeons, hospital coordinators and patient‑care teams to design individualized pathways.
• Participate in pre‑operative counselling and post‑operative follow‑up via video calls.
• Identify medical, surgical or psychological contraindications and refer complex cases to specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems, complying with HIPAA and international privacy standards.

Required profile

• MBBS, MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 7‑8 years of clinical experience, including time in general practice, internal medicine or a related specialty.
• Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in aesthetic medicine.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with the ability to explain medical information clearly to non‑clinical audiences.
• Comfortable using telemedicine platforms, EMR tools and digital patient workflows.
