About the role

Salesforce is seeking an AI Lead, Creative Technology & Systems for its Mexico City office, which is pioneering Agentic Creativity. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Motion Design, the role acts as the primary innovation engine and technical director for advanced visual workflows, combining a background in commercial film and agency production with expertise in generative tools. The lead builds, scales and curates production pipelines from rapid concepting and generative video to high-end finishing, ensuring assets meet a commercial, cinematic 4K standard.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce visual content that blends cinematic aesthetics, photorealistic imagery and storytelling with generative technologies.
• Master prompt engineering and generation workflows with Midjourney, ChatGPT, Kling and ComfyUI to create brand visuals and video sequences.
• Translate complex briefs into visual narratives, overseeing art direction, style prototyping and quality control.
• Support the entire Mexico City cell with motion concepts, campaign key visuals and rapid visual ideation for static and motion workstreams.
• Test, deploy and document emerging generative tools, manage team licensing and integrate new platforms to accelerate the pipeline by 30%.

Required profile

• 7+ years as a Commercial Director, Head of AI or Lead AI Artist in top-tier production houses or agencies.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of AI tools for photorealistic images and video synthesis.
• Strong art direction background with framing, lighting, color theory and cinematic storytelling.
• Ability to work with creative teams and deliver under tight enterprise timelines.
• Professional English fluency.
