Senior Manager, Motion Design

About the role

Salesforce is growing its Creative & Brand organization in Mexico City and is looking for a Senior Manager, Motion Design. This is a strategic, systems-level design leadership position, not a production or execution role. You will architect repeatable motion identity systems and scalable toolkits that creative teams around the world can adopt, and pioneer Agentic Creativity using an advanced AI stack to scale these systems 30% faster.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and architect foundational motion identity systems that serve as the repeatable "motion DNA" for Salesforce's global brand
• Develop motion toolkits, templates and frameworks so global creative teams can self-serve with consistency
• Govern motion standards to ensure 100% brand compliance across all outputs, with 40% of the team's output dedicated to systemic origination
• Pioneer an advanced AI stack to accelerate motion workflows, bridging traditional tools such as After Effects with generative AI and agentic workflows
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI-powered motion technologies
• Present motion systems to executives, aiming for 70% approval on the first presentation, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Creative leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of motion designers, set quality standards and KPI frameworks, and communicate design decisions in fluent English

Required profile

• 10+ years of motion design experience with a portfolio of systems-level, brand-defining work
• Proven track record of originating motion identity systems, not just executing videos
• Executive-level written and verbal English, and experience presenting design strategy to C-level stakeholders
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization
• Preferred: experience leading motion design at a global technology or enterprise software company, background in brand systems design, knowledge of prompt engineering, and experience building creative toolkits for distributed teams

Required skills

• Deep expertise in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Generative AI tools applied to motion and video workflows, including Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, Luma Agents and Runway Gen-4.5
• Ability to build custom, AI-native generative workflows
