Imaging Production Lead, Global Design Production Studio

About the role

Salesforce's Global Brand & Creative team builds brand awareness campaigns and experiences such as Dreamforce. As Imaging Production Lead, you will work closely with the Studio Manager and project manager to receive project requests from HQ via Slack Lists and turn approved concepts into production-ready files. The role is mostly hands-on production rather than design, with a strong aesthetic eye, and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Build print mechanicals for global events and digital design and production for demand-gen campaigns (emails, banners, social, presentations, infographics, Photoshop compositing)
• Prepare files for the printer according to CMYK and printer specifications, using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files across media formats and upload final assets to the internal DAM
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

Required profile

• BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or a related field
• 8 years of industry or related creative experience
• Extensive experience in design, production or a related field
• Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital and print formats; print experience is essential
• Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English

• Figma and Canva
• CMYK print preparation; Triple Triangle is a plus
