AI Trainer – Finance Product Strategist

About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Assess the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
- Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
Required profile
- Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
