Amazon Account Manager

About the role

You will be the operational heartbeat of a fast‑moving Amazon agency pod, keeping brand accounts healthy, clients satisfied, and the team unblocked each day. The role requires ownership, a passion for the Amazon ecosystem, and a drive to grow within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise listing content, SEO keywords, titles, bullet points, A+ body text and backend search terms.
• Manage bulk uploads via flat‑file, run A/B tests, track indexation and keyword performance.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, competitor research and keyword placement across phases 1‑4.
• Coordinate image optimisation, write design briefs, review designer output and upload final assets to Amazon.
• Handle day‑to‑day Seller Central operations: resolve suppressed ASINs, catalog errors, monitor Buy Box %, pricing anomalies, inventory levels and overall account health.
• Communicate technical queries and operational updates to clients and the Brand Manager; prepare bi‑weekly client decks and maintain 30/60/90‑day strategies.
• Conduct SKU‑level profitability analyses and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Maintain daily capacity in ClickUp, capture action items, flag blockers and ensure SOPs are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with PPC specialists on keyword lists, TACoS targets and campaign performance.

• Ability to manage multiple Amazon brand accounts simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of account health.
