Analista Asociado de Compensaciones

About the role

The Associate Compensation Analyst supports the Compensation team in delivering compensation processes and programs for client groups. This position provides both administrative and analytical assistance to ensure accurate, timely execution of compensation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit employee compensation data, collaborating with Compensation Partners, HRIS, and ECC to keep records up‑to‑date.
• Manage job profiles by creating, updating, inactivating, and auditing them for compliance with guidelines.
• Assist the Compensation Manager with the Beer Operations client group, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and validation of compensation changes.
• Maintain internal controls, documentation, databases, and historical records for team accessibility.
• Respond to basic compensation inquiries from HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, ECC, HRIS, and Labor Relations.
• Calculate the Quarterly Bonus under close supervision, adhering to timelines.
• Execute tasks within global compensation processes, delivering accurate outcomes.
• Support cyclical and ad‑hoc survey participation, building matrices and auditing MarketPay job matching.
• Help develop and deliver compensation training materials and communications.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives, creating tools, automation, and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data analysis or AI tools is a plus.
