Analista Contable – AP/AR

About the role

Wonderful Citrus is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support its finance team in Mexico. The role focuses on transactional accounting, handling both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while ensuring accurate record‑keeping and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, code and approve payments, manage recurring vouchers, and reconcile supplier statements.
• Monitor and resolve invoice disputes, manage aging reports, conduct collections, and coordinate with clients on payment issues.
• Perform general ledger activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close support.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and assist in preparing decision‑support reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transactional accounting (AP/AR).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience using SmartView.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
