Analista de Transporte – Gestión y Optimización

About the role

We are looking for a Transport Analyst to manage and optimise the company’s personnel transportation service. The role involves coordinating routes, monitoring service performance and supporting cost‑control initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily routes, schedules and frequencies for employee transport.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external transport providers and handle incident management.
• Monitor service performance, track KPIs and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with road‑safety regulations and optimal condition of vehicles.
• Follow up on service invoicing and support continuous improvement and route optimisation projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience as an analyst in transport, logistics or related areas.
• Familiarity with audit processes, supplier management and cost‑control concepts.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI (preferred).
• Data analysis and KPI reporting capabilities.
