Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst

About the role

Passport is seeking an Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst to join its data team in Mexico. The role focuses on building data models, dashboards, and AI‑enabled reporting to support cross‑functional projects and improve decision‑making for the company’s international shipping platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for various programs and projects across domains.
• Bridge business and technical teams to create transparent processes and support cost‑saving initiatives.
• Manipulate large data sets and develop DBT models that serve as the source of truth for reporting and AI.
• Document and maintain internal knowledge‑base articles and business definitions to improve AI platform accuracy.

Required profile

• Professional level English speaking and writing.
• Minimum 1 year experience extracting and processing data using SQL.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DBT.
• Minimum 1 year experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
