Android Mobile Engineer (Hybrid) – Mexico City

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Android Mobile Engineer to join our team in Benito Juárez, CDMX. The role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite per week, and focuses on building scalable, high‑performance Android applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust Android apps using Kotlin and modern Jetpack components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring clean, maintainable code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile solutions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, perform code reviews, and enforce best engineering practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Jetpack components such as ViewModel, Navigation, Room, WorkManager, and DataStore.
• Deep knowledge of Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and system design.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with Android Studio, Git, and CI/CD tools.
