Arrival Concierge

About the role

The Arrival Concierge greets resort guests as they arrive, creating the first positive impression and establishing a connection between guests and the concierge/VSC team. This frontline position enhances guest penetration and supports overall guest experience throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all arriving guests and guide them to the reception area.
• Offer amenities such as a moist/cool towel or welcome drink.
• Escort guests from reception, introduce them to the Concierge/VSC staff, and direct them to bell staff or their rooms.
• Act as a lead‑generation agent by encouraging guests to visit the concierge desk for information and services.
• Support resort events by attracting guests to the concierge area and promoting activities.
• Fulfill reasonable guest requests to maximize guest penetration.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 lb.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
