Assistant Store Leader – Product & Operations

About the role

As an Assistant Store Leader – Product & Operations you will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure smooth daily operations, achieve business targets and consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑moving fashion retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
• Handle shipments, manage inventory levels, in‑store replenishment and size integrity on the sales floor.
• Communicate sell‑through concerns and manage damages, donations, returns and product issues.
• Train and coach associates on operational standards and ensure compliance with safety, security and company policies.
• Procure supplies, manage related budget and maintain in‑store technology.
• Assist in creating and executing sales strategies, analysing sales data to identify trends.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, plan new launches and update product displays and signage.

Required profile

• Motivated and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for fashion.
• Strong desire to grow in a leadership role within retail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Leader and team.
