Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain

About the role

The Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain will lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance across Latin America and Mexico for a global beauty leader. Reporting to the SVP, Supply Chain Americas, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to meet service, cost, inventory and cash objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional supply chain performance, ensuring service levels, inventory health, cost efficiency and cash flow align with growth priorities.
• Drive robust demand and supply planning, S&OP processes and business alignment with Americas and Global governance.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Global Supply Chain teams to deliver the business plan.
• Represent the full supply chain agenda locally, covering planning, customer service, logistics and regulatory activities.
• Provide visibility of risks, opportunities and trade‑offs to regional and Americas leadership.
• Develop and govern multi‑country teams, standardising processes and fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Senior supply chain executive with proven experience leading complex, multi‑country operations.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute in dynamic, constrained environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust across functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to set culture, drive collaboration and achieve performance targets.
