Supply Planning Analyst (GBS)

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst supports end‑to‑end supply planning by converting demand signals into production and distribution plans, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑, mid‑, and long‑term supply plans, incorporating demand, capacity, and inventory inputs.
• Monitor service level performance (CFR) and inventory health, driving actions and escalating risks.
• Track network inventory KPIs (Days of Inventory, excess/slow inventory, obsolescence) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Procurement, Deployment, and Logistics to align plans and resolve constraints.
• Identify and flag supply risks, support short‑term recovery actions, and maintain exception lists.
• Participate in S&OE / IBP cycles, prepare supply inputs, update scenarios, and provide insights for cross‑functional reviews.
• Maintain planning parameters and master data, performing regular checks and coordinating corrections.
• Document and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for supply planning processes and tools.
