Logistics Manager – DTC Health & Wellness

About the role

HarZa Group is seeking a Logistics Manager to own order fulfillment, shipping cost optimization, US warehouse relationships, demand planning, and logistics finance reconciliation for its direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness portfolio. The role operates in US/EU business hours and requires a data‑driven, detail‑obsessed mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full visibility and control over Shopify orders, flagging exceptions before they affect customers.
• Forecast SKU‑level demand, set reorder points, and coordinate with sourcing to avoid stock‑outs or overstock.
• Develop and manage relationships with US‑based 3PLs and fulfillment warehouses, negotiate rates, and enforce service‑level agreements.
• Optimize shipping costs through carrier selection, packaging efficiency, and zone strategies while preserving delivery experience.
• Reconcile all freight, carrier, and 3PL invoices against actual shipments, identify overbilling, and recover discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on logistics, fulfillment, or supply‑chain experience in a DTC or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven demand‑planning expertise, having built SKU‑level forecasting models and reorder point systems.
• Direct experience managing US‑based 3PLs, negotiating rates, and monitoring SLAs.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and cost control.
