B2B Social Media Specialist (Organic Content)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a B2B Social Media Specialist to join its Social Media Center of Excellence in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the office. You will work with the enterprise social media team to develop social media strategies, programming and content supporting the Marsh brand and talent marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development, governance and approval process for all social media programs and campaign content, keeping activations aligned to brand standards, best practices and commercial priorities.
• Develop and activate Marsh brand partnerships, turning enterprise investments into high-impact content and campaigns that strengthen visibility, engagement and brand authority.
• Own the strategy, content and performance of Marsh's Instagram channel.
• Be a core member of the brand reputation and crisis management team, monitoring brands and crises daily and recommending actions to stakeholders.
• Lead weekly meetings between social media and marketing stakeholders to review priorities and programs.
• Contribute to presentations, scorecards and KPIs measuring the effectiveness of social media and strategic marketing programs.
• Contribute to strategic projects within the enterprise social media team.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years of B2B social media experience.
• Strong time-management, organizational, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work both in a team and independently, with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build a social media campaign from brief to final assets and post copy.

Required skills

• Demonstrable knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Understanding of B2B social media content strategy and platform algorithms, with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
• Experience with brand and crisis management across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and Reddit.
• Social media employee advocacy on LinkedIn is a plus.
