About the role
As a Customer Service Agent at Redial BPO, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records.
Key responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets for quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
