Bilingual Customer Service Assistant (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm, a fast‑growing immigration law practice, as a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Assistant. You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish‑ and English‑speaking clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and informed throughout their immigration journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and timeliness.
• Manage client notifications, letters, timelines, and case reports.
• Follow up with clients, including those in “no cooperation” status, to gather required details and move cases forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Use CRM and communication tools (Camplegal, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace) to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Meet performance KPIs for calls, follow‑ups, and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Availability for rotating full‑time shifts.
