Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Agent

About the role

We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Agents who are passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will work with customers to manage their accounts, provide payment solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review assigned accounts (0–60 days past due) and proactively contact customers to secure payments.
• Send payment reminders via phone calls, SMS, email, and mail notifications.
• Educate customers on payment options and assist in resolving past‑due balances.
• Process account updates, payment date changes, and payment history requests accurately.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to billing, accounts, and general servicing needs.
• Provide customer‑first support, ensuring empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system in real time.
• Support chat and email queues as needed (cross‑trained agents).

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• At least 6 months of call‑center, customer service, or collections experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Detail‑oriented with strong data‑entry accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
