Sales Operations Supervisor - Call Center

About the role

The Sales Operations Supervisor will lead a team of sales and appointment setters in a high‑energy call‑center environment, ensuring campaign targets, client expectations and operational standards are met. This on‑site role focuses on driving performance, managing client reporting and continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of sales/appointment setters, ensuring campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Sell party, corporate, and group events as well as recurring membership packages.
• Analyze campaign metrics, trends and forecasts to guide improvement strategies.
• Conduct calibration sessions covering quality assurance, training and operations.
• Manage client communication and reporting, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs and campaign goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in call‑center operations (sales or appointment setting).
• 1‑2+ years in a leadership role with proven people‑management skills.
• Strong leadership, professionalism and communication abilities.
• Availability to work on‑site according to schedule requirements.
