Bilingual Sales & Event Booking Agent

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing professional to join our team as a Bilingual Sales & Event Booking Agent. In this role you will help families, schools and organizations plan memorable events while driving revenue through bookings and memberships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in parties, group outings and corporate events.
• Sell event packages, group outings and corporate events, and promote recurring membership plans.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Build relationships with families, schools and community organizations, presenting packages and handling objections.
• Support local marketing initiatives through outreach and partnership activities.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in sales, call‑center or appointment‑setting roles.
• Strong closing ability and confidence in overcoming objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a passion for meeting sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently.
