About the role

Join Cart.com’s growing team in Querétaro as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will deliver fast, professional assistance to customers through text, email, phone, and live chat, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (text, email, phone, live chat) to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the company’s system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions for customer needs.
• Build genuine connections that create memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for service excellence.
• Willingness to work onsite in El Jacal, Querétaro.
