Bilingual Endocrinology Nurse – Patient Support

About the role

The Endocrinology Nurse will deliver clinically focused education and support to customers using the Omnipod portfolio. Working primarily by phone, you will guide patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes through onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing care to ensure successful use of insulin pump therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound clinical questions with empathy and accuracy.
• Support customers post‑onboarding to achieve first‑call resolution and promote retention.
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical knowledge through provided trainings.
• Explain insulin pump operation, benefits, and data management reports to new and existing users.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and meet service level targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform timely administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field.
• 2‑3 years of clinical experience, preferably with diabetes patients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
