Bilingual Lawyer (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a bilingual English‑Spanish lawyer to work remotely. The successful candidate will support attorneys, manage client interactions, and contribute to case preparation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
• Maintain and update client records, including medical records and billing statements.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and other legal documents.
• File and verify account balances, prepare accounting summaries.
• Review and process incoming faxes and emails.
• Order, organize, and manage medical records and bills.
• Assist attorneys with litigation tasks and other legal matters.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
