Senior Paralegal – Employment‑Based Immigration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal with a focus on employment‑based immigration to join our fully remote legal team. You will work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm CST, collaborating with attorneys, junior paralegals, and clients to move immigration matters from intake to final filing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts on the Voyager platform: create and maintain profiles, monitor workflows, and oversee onboarding.
• Draft immigration applications, including forms and supporting letters, and assemble files for attorney review.
• Handle the complete PERM process and initiate I‑140 and Adjustment of Status filings.
• Assign tasks to junior paralegals, review their work, and ensure quality.
• Respond to client emails and chat messages within one business day.
• Provide data reporting such as expiration reports, case projections, and status updates.
• Stay current on immigration law changes and firm publications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of employment‑based immigration experience in a paralegal capacity.
• Hands‑on experience with visas such as H‑1B, PERM, TN, E‑3, H‑1B1, I‑140, Adjustment of Status, RFE responses, and L‑1.
• Strong account‑management abilities and the capacity to move cases forward independently.
• Experience supervising or directing junior paralegals is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
