Litigation Paralegal – California Personal Injury (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Paralegal with experience in California personal injury litigation. The role is fully remote, allowing candidates from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru or Guatemala to support U.S.-based attorneys and paralegals. You will help ensure smooth case management and efficient handling of litigation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing discovery requests and responses.
• Maintain and update court calendars, deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules.
• Organize deposition dates, coordinate with witnesses, and prepare supporting materials.
• Ensure pleadings, motions, and correspondence are properly filed and accessible.
• Provide stateside paralegal support for case preparation and administrative tasks.
• Draft professional client correspondence and provide updates under attorney supervision.
• Help prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in California personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and California court rules.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
