Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Paralegal with experience in California personal injury litigation. The role is fully remote and provides essential support to attorneys and the U.S.-based paralegal team, ensuring efficient case management from discovery through trial preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing discovery requests and responses.
• Maintain and update court calendars, deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules.
• Schedule depositions, coordinate with witnesses, and prepare related materials.
• Organize case files, ensuring pleadings, motions, and correspondence are properly filed and accessible.
• Provide stateside paralegal support for case preparation, administrative tasks, and coordination.
• Draft professional client correspondence and updates under attorney supervision.
• Support trial preparation by assembling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in California personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and California court rules.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and related tools.
