Bilingual Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are a global organization linking agricultural production with food and energy industries. We seek a motivated Bilingual Logistics Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of grain transportation and storage across ports and regional hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the logistics team to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations.
• Coordinate grain transportation by truck and rail, guaranteeing punctuality, proper documentation, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee warehouse functions including fumigation, inventory control, inbound/outbound movements, balances, and deposit certificates.
• Maintain communication with phytosanitary authorities, internal departments, clients, and service providers.
• Manage supplier onboarding, negotiate rates, validate invoices, and process logistics service payments.
• Generate shipment reports, support billing, and reconcile balances.
• Ensure compliance with documented processes and company policies.
• Perform additional department‑specific tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic or international shipping logistics.
• Advanced English proficiency; bilingual ability required.
• Strong numerical aptitude, proactive mindset, and solid decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
