Logistics Training Coordinator

About the role

Arrow Electronics, a global supplier of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions, is hiring a Logistics Training Coordinator in Zapopan, Jalisco. The role manages training materials and logistics for training sessions, including onboarding and annual training, and works fully in the office Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Manage training materials and resources
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials and participant rosters
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and Annual Training sessions
• Maintain records in ETQ

Required profile

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team and onboarding new employees
• Fluency in English; CV must be provided in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan onboarding based on hiring forecasts and prepare materials in advance
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Record keeping in ETQ
