Bilingual Recruiter – English & Spanish (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our talent acquisition team remotely. You will own the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions, primarily focused on the Mexican market and BPO environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple accounts and industries.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Post job ads across platforms, build talent pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet hiring targets and support special recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Proven BPO recruitment experience within Mexico.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Dependable, driven, team‑oriented, and comfortable with U.S. business hours (8 AM‑5 PM ET).
