Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our fully remote talent acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates for a variety of positions across multiple accounts, with a particular emphasis on the Mexican market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for diverse roles and industries.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct bilingual candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and post job ads on multiple platforms.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Meet hiring goals and recruitment performance metrics.
• Collaborate with recruitment leadership and support special recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Proven BPO recruitment experience, especially within Mexico.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, driven, team‑oriented, and comfortable working US business hours (8 AM‑5 PM ET).
