Bilingual Recruiter – Houston or Mexico

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Bilingual Recruiter, supporting our energy solutions business from Houston or Mexico. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for a wide range of technical and commercial positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 20‑30 active requisitions per month, covering sales, engineering, operations, technicians and other roles.
• Source, engage and secure candidates using proactive strategies, data‑driven insights and strong networking.
• Maintain recruitment compliance and accuracy in Workday, keeping offer correction rates below 10%.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice and ensuring accountability.
• Increase business visibility through site visits, job fairs, ride‑alongs and other in‑person engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Understanding of HVAC, power or electrical environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar Applicant Tracking System).
• Advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms.
• Data analysis to develop hiring strategies.
