Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter to support Mauser Packaging Solutions' maintenance and engineering teams. The role is based in Mexico and works closely with US‑based Talent Acquisition and HR partners to attract top technical talent for positions in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for maintenance and engineering roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Collaborate with US Talent Acquisition specialists to understand staffing needs, job requirements and qualification criteria.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and stay informed on industry recruitment trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of recruitment experience, preferably in maintenance or engineering domains.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, quota‑driven mindset and ability to ask insightful questions to assess candidate potential.
• Cambridge English certificate or equivalent proof of English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
