Billing Support Specialist – Hybrid (Mexico City)

About the role

OpenTable is looking for a Billing Support Specialist based in Mexico City. The role combines high‑volume customer service with financial analysis to protect partner relationships and drive retention. After an intensive eight‑week on‑site training, you will work a hybrid schedule, collaborating in‑office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound billing inquiries through phone, email and chat, delivering clear and empathetic service.
• Resolve billing disputes, de‑escalate partner concerns, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Identify churn risks by analyzing the reasons behind inquiries and propose solutions that support retention goals.
• Conduct outreach for past‑due accounts, maintaining full case ownership until resolution.
• Ensure accurate financial processing and data integrity throughout each interaction.
