BIM Modeler – Remote (EST)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler with advanced Revit expertise to support a variety of commercial projects for a client based in Florida. This full‑time remote position works on Eastern Standard Time and offers autonomy while collaborating closely with a dedicated Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D Revit models across schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction documentation (CD) phases for condos, offices, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial types.
• Produce complete CD sets, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and permit packages for local authority submission.
• Incorporate redlines and revisions using Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy throughout all design stages.
• Identify missing information, flag design issues, and propose constructive solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with the BetterPros Project Manager, aligning work with client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Architect on U.S. projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from SD through CD.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the PM informed.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (high speed and accuracy).
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for redline management and document review.
• Experience with Autodesk Forms (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) for collaborative workflows.
