Brand Operations Specialist – Mexico Market

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Operations Specialist to drive brand growth in the Mexican market. The role will shape brand positioning, execute content strategies, and boost brand awareness across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand positioning strategies tailored to the Mexican market.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality content across multiple platforms.
• Manage media relations and strengthen brand visibility through partnerships.
• Conduct market and user research to generate insights for campaign optimisation.
• Plan and execute online and offline events to increase brand engagement.
• Oversee visual design direction to ensure consistency with brand identity.
• Drive platform promotion, user growth, and brand image enhancement.
• Operate new media platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts and TikTok (Douyin), handling content publishing and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in new media operations and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram) and various promotion methods.
• Experience or understanding of the e‑commerce industry is preferred.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate market insights into effective brand communication strategies.
