Social Media Operations Specialist – Mexico Market

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and data‑driven Social Media Operations Specialist to lead our expansion into the Mexican market, building and scaling our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and growth planning for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram targeting Mexico.
• Build and manage official and matrix social media accounts, ensuring high‑quality brand positioning.
• Develop accounts from scratch, defining tone of voice, content strategy and community building to achieve rapid user growth.
• Research local culture, trends and viral topics to create engaging, interactive content.
• Plan and execute campaigns such as hashtag challenges, online events and community initiatives to boost retention and conversion.
• Analyze performance metrics and audience behavior to continuously optimise content and operational strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media operations, content planning or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of global social media platforms and user growth strategies, with ability to adapt content for the Mexican market.
