User Operations Specialist – Mexico Market

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven User Operations Specialist to support our growth in the Mexico market. This role focuses on managing the full user lifecycle, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data‑driven strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and reactivation to drive growth and engagement.
• Develop and execute user operation strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on growth and activity improvement.
• Analyze user data to understand behavior and needs, continuously optimizing strategies and product experience.
• Build and refine user segmentation systems, implementing targeted strategies for different user groups.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to implement user growth initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics such as retention, engagement, and conversion rates, regularly evaluating and improving performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, proposing innovative ideas to enhance user operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internet user operations with proven user growth projects.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.
• Excellent data analysis ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience in campaign planning and independent project execution.
• Effective cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
• High sensitivity to user experience, responsibility, and innovation mindset.
• Experience with overseas user operations, preferably Mexico, and knowledge of Mexican digital trends.
