Business Analyst – Insurance Platform Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our implementation team and act as a hands‑on solution expert. You will translate complex insurance business needs across Life, General and Health lines into high‑quality user stories and configured solutions on the INSIS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and map client business processes to system modules such as product configuration, quoting, policy administration, billing, collections and claims.
• Lead requirements workshops and produce clear, testable user stories for configuration and customization.
• Perform hands‑on configuration in INSIS to define products, coverages and business logic.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on core INSIS functionalities and insurance concepts.
• Collaborate with development teams on specifications and support QA testing.
• Validate that the configured solution meets business requirements and follows best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry (Life, General/P&C or Health).
• Strong understanding of the full insurance lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with core insurance platforms such as INSIS, Guidewire, Duck Creek, TIA or Sapiens.
