Business Development Representative (On‑site)

About the role

FLF is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive client acquisition and expand strategic referral partnerships. Working on‑site in Guadalajara (with presence in Tijuana), you will collaborate with Business Development leadership, Marketing, Operations and Field Representatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen the firm’s network.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outreach to prospect new clients and referral partners such as body shops, chiropractic clinics, and towing companies.
• Research underserved geographic markets and recruit partners to broaden the firm’s referral network.
• Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and re‑engage inactive leads with alternative solutions.
• Coordinate outbound referrals for vehicle repairs, towing, and related services.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and partners, ensuring consistent communication and value delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership management.
• Strong ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Passion for driving measurable growth and supporting client needs.
