Business Growth Lead

About the role

The Business Growth Lead will own the end‑to‑end growth strategy for a key business line in Mexico. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will drive revenue, customer acquisition and overall commercial performance in a fast‑paced, experiment‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition metrics and core KPIs for the assigned business line.
• Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities across the full customer journey, from acquisition to retention and conversion.
• Develop and execute quarterly growth strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional execution by aligning marketing, retail, partnerships, creative, CRM and performance teams.
• Analyze funnel performance, uncover bottlenecks and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Plan and launch campaigns, experiments and strategic growth initiatives.
• Streamline workflows, enable automation and scale repeatable processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Remove execution blockers and ensure accountability across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting or startup leadership.
• Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, customer journey mapping and growth frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Track record of delivering measurable business growth and commercial impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
