Car Leader

About the role

The Car Leader will develop and manage new and existing automotive programs within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that plant operating procedures meet program requirements. You will coordinate vendor activities, control budgets, and provide technical launch support at customer assembly sites.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend, monitor, and adjust plant operating procedures for program compliance.
• Coordinate design, tooling, and parts suppliers to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
• Prepare quotations for piece cost and tooling.
• Control program budget (plan vs. actual) and ensure timely closure of actions in Lear Pro.
• Lead cross‑functional teams for program launches, engineering changes, and DFM improvements.
• Ensure DCN closure aligned with SOP and manage NPI control processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive electronics processes.
• Strong background in program and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate vendor activities.
