About the role

Join Susurros del Corazón, a luxury oceanfront resort in Punta de Mita, as the Catering Sales and Event Services Manager. You will lead client relationships from initial contact through event execution, working closely with the Group Sales team to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships throughout the sales and planning process.
• Respond promptly and enthusiastically to all client inquiries and introductions.
• Identify revenue‑maximizing opportunities through up‑selling and event enhancements.
• Drive proactive direct sales, schedule appointments, and conduct site inspections.
• Act as the liaison between clients and resort departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Represent the resort at trade shows and industry exhibitions as required.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of resort business strategies and goal‑setting.
• Proven ability to identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Professional communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all guest interactions.
• Experience in hospitality sales, catering, or event services preferred.
