Change Management & Communications Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management & Communications Coordinator to drive enterprise‑wide People & Culture initiatives. Working remotely, you will design and deliver communication strategies, change‑management toolkits, and employee‑engagement content that help leaders and staff navigate organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Create communication plans, toolkits, presentations, templates and implementation resources for People & Culture programs.
• Develop employee‑facing messages, newsletters, email campaigns and executive‑level communications.
• Produce change‑management materials that support adoption and engagement.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to define communication needs and support rollout of culture initiatives.
• Gather feedback, measure effectiveness and recommend improvements to communication and adoption strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations and leadership‑ready materials.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, HR programs or organizational development.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable communications.
• Project coordination and stakeholder‑management experience.
