Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner

About the role

Omkara is looking for a dynamic recruiter to join its boutique consulting team and support CEOs and executive leaders across Mexico, Latin America and the United States. This position offers a fast‑track from operational recruiting to executive‑level searches, with hands‑on exposure to talent strategy, compensation advice and psychometric assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5‑6 executive searches simultaneously, from sourcing to placement.
• Advise clients directly on talent strategy, market trends and compensation structures.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, psychometric assessments and reference checks.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with CEOs, HR Directors and senior leadership teams throughout the search process.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing or HR (agency, BPO, corporate or internships) – any background is welcome.
• Strong curiosity, discipline and a drive to learn executive search methodology.
• Conversational to advanced proficiency in English.

• English communication (conversational to advanced).
