Chat Operator (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

This remote position is based in Mexico and focuses on monitoring and improving AI‑assisted chat interactions on large‑scale online platforms. You will ensure high‑quality conversational experiences, intervene when needed, and help refine automated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene in conversations to improve clarity, tone, or response quality on behalf of the system.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess the performance and accuracy of AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting content such as images or videos aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined, and structured work approach.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written Russian language skills and good command of English.
